REFUND POLICY & WARRANTY
If you are not totally satisfied with your product we offer a 30 day refund policy. The product must be returned in the same condition that you received, unused and in its original packaging.
Before returning the item, please email info@polaricebaths.com with the order id number and a quick explanation of why you want to return it.
Please note we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is damaged or has been used. The original shipping charges are non-refundable and you must cover the cost of the return courier cost. Upon receiving the product back to our warehouse, we will issue a refund within 3 working days. You will be notified via email when the refund has been issued.
Warranty
Warranty for Products for Residential Use. We offer a two year limited warranty on all our products. Wear and tear does not apply, warranty is void if used in a commercial setting.
At our sole discretion, we will provide free repair or replacement of any defective product or component that has been installed, used, and serviced normally within the specified warranty period. If it is determined that a replacement product is necessary, we may elect to send a refurbished product which shall be in equal or better condition. The repaired or replaced product will carry the remainder of the manufacturer warranty.
Routine Maintenance.
Routine maintenance is required to keep the product properly functioning. In the event that you were negligent in performing routine maintenance per our maintenance instructions, including but not limited to the items below, the warranty will not apply.
- Cleaning water filters regularly and replacing them when the water flow rate starts to slow
- Changing the water regularly, we recommend every 1-2 weeks depending on usage
- Water chemistry maintained appropriately
- Introducing excessive dirt, sand, or debris into the water
The limited warranty is void if the product has been subjected to alteration, neglect, misuse or abuse.
